Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use loudreachau.com or work with LoudReach. LoudReach (ABN 51 698 927 104) is a registered Australian business name based in Queensland. It is operated by Joje Pantilla, who is based in the Philippines and is authorised to run LoudReach on behalf of the business name holder. By booking a call or becoming a client, you agree to these terms.

1.Our services

LoudReach sets up and manages lead generation systems for real estate businesses. This can include CRM set-up, automations, email and SMS templates, calendars, integrations and advertising support. The exact inclusions are confirmed with you before we start.

2.Pricing and payment

• Fees, inclusions and payment terms for each service are set out in your proposal or service agreement and agreed with you in writing before we start. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Advertising spend, SMS and call credits, and any third-party subscriptions are paid separately.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless your agreement says otherwise. We may pause the service if payment is overdue.

3.Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice by emailing [email protected]. Fees already paid are not refunded for part months, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.What we need from you

• Accurate business details, logos and access to the accounts we need to set up
• Timely replies and approvals so we can finish the set-up
• Making sure your own marketing follows the law, including the Spam Act 2003 and real estate advertising rules

5.Results

We work hard to get you great results, but results depend on your market, pricing, offer and sales process. The results shown on our website are real client outcomes but aren’t a promise of what you’ll get.

6.Third-party platforms

Our work relies on platforms such as GoHighLevel, Meta, Google and Zoom. We aren’t responsible for outages, policy changes or account decisions made by those platforms.

7.Ownership

Your contacts and business data stay yours. The templates, workflows and materials we build are licensed to you for use in your business while you are a client. If you cancel, you keep your contacts, your business data and anything you built yourself. The templates, workflows and materials we built stay with LoudReach.

8.Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver our services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

9.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
