LoudReach (ABN 51 698 927 104) is a registered Australian business name based in Queensland. It is operated by Joje Pantilla, who is based in the Philippines and is authorised to run LoudReach on behalf of the business name holder. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1.What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your business name, website and details you share about your business
• Booking details, such as the date and time of your call
• Messages you send us by email, SMS, chat or social media
• Basic website data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies

2.How we collect it

We collect information when you fill in a form, book a call, message us, sign up as a client or use our website. We may also receive your details from advertising platforms such as Meta when you submit a lead form.

3.Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and run your discovery call
• To set up and manage your system if you become a client
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders
• To send you useful updates and offers, if you have agreed to hear from us
• To invoice you and keep business records
• To improve our website and advertising

4.Email and SMS

We only send marketing emails and SMS in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing message tells you who it is from and how to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe, replying STOP or emailing us.

5.Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted services that help us run the business, such as:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, email and SMS platform
• Zoom, for video calls
• Our email and website hosting providers
• Payment providers, when you pay an invoice
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, for measuring ads

Some of these services store data overseas, including in the United States. Because LoudReach is run from the Philippines, your information is also accessed and managed from there. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we handle it with the same care wherever it is accessed.

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.

7.Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as required by law.
